Scope. This agreement governs use of the Accountant application (the App) developed by Rock Creek Contracting LLC for internal use against the Rock Creek Contracting QuickBooks Online accounting realm.

License. The App is licensed solely for internal operational use by Rock Creek Contracting LLC and its authorized personnel. The App is not distributed to or used by third parties and is not available on the Intuit App Marketplace.

Permitted use. Read and write operations against the Rock Creek Contracting QuickBooks Online realm via the Intuit OAuth 2.0 authorization granted by the company’s administrator (Philip Blue). Reading the chart of accounts, customers, products and services, invoices, bills, vendors, items, and reports. Writing invoices, bills, payments, journal entries, and items as part of the company’s internal accounting automation workflow.

Limitations. The App is not offered as a service to end-users external to Rock Creek Contracting LLC. The App is not a financial advisory, lending, insurance, or payment-processing service. Access to the App is restricted to the company’s administrator; no third-party user account creation exists.

Liability. The App is provided as is for internal use. Rock Creek Contracting LLC accepts responsibility for its own use of the App and the resulting data in its own QuickBooks Online realm.
