Is the walkthrough free?
Yes. The walkthrough and the itemized estimate are no charge. You owe nothing until you sign a contract.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
Most kitchen remodels run 6 to 12 weeks after selections are locked and materials are scheduled.
How long does a whole-home renovation take?
Most whole-home renovations run 12 to 20 weeks depending on scope, finishes, permit pace, and material lead times.
Can we live in the house during the renovation?
Often yes for partial renovations. Whole-home work usually means living elsewhere for the build window.
How are change orders handled?
In writing, signed by both parties, with cost and schedule impact documented before the work begins.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We handle permits in the jurisdictions we work in and identify permit needs before the schedule is final.
Are you licensed in Texas?
Texas does not require a state-level general contractor license for general construction work. Licensed trades such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC are run through licensed trade partners.
Are you insured?
Yes. Insurance certificate available on request.
What is your warranty?
One-year written workmanship warranty on Rock Creek scope. Materials and appliances carry their manufacturer warranties.
Do you do small jobs?
We focus on high-end residential work, additions, reconstruction, commercial buildouts, and concrete/foundation coordination. If a smaller repair is not a fit, we will tell you plainly.
Do you do commercial work?
Yes: tenant improvements, white-box buildouts, strip-center work, facade refreshes, small-office scope, and concrete/foundation coordination when the scope fits.
